RETURN POLICY & IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Returns must be requested within 48 hours of reciept. Images may be requested depending on return reason. Merchandise must be recieved back by RAR&Co. before a store credit will be issued. If you fail to cooperate, store credit will not be issued. No returns/refunds or credits on custom orders or drinkware for sanitary purposes. Shipping is not credited back. Return shipping will also be deducted from the refund (buyer pays all shipping costs). If items appear worn, washed, damaged or used in any way, no credit will be issued. We only issue refunds when applicable in the form of store credit. It will be up to RAR&Co.'s full descretion whether a return is accepted and if the return shipping will be covered by RAR&Co. For missing packages, if we obtain proof of delivery from the shipping carrier, the order will not be reshipped. It will be up to the buyer to communicate with the shipping carrier. RAR&Co, will do our best to assist with this process but is not responsible when proof of delivery exists. If proof of delivery cannot be obtained, RAR&Co. will reship the original order. Some of our product images are "mock-up" images, and final products may vary slightly. Sometimes colors can appear slightly different on a screen than in person. Returns for these reasons will not be accepted.
